Se adauga in shaker ingredientele, se omogenizeaza cu gheata( shake ), se strecoara in metal tin, dupa care se aplica metoda dry shake. Se toarna compazitia in paharul plin cu gheata cuburi, fine strain.
Peste aceasta spuma densa si consistenta se adauga cele 5 drop-uri de ulei de dovleac, care simbolizeaza atat pepitele de aur cat mai ales confera un extra flavour si aroma/gust catifelat al POT OF GOLD.
Ca si garnish, o floare comestibila de culoarea galbena, care simbolizeaza floarea de dovleac, dar care totodata este reproductibila pe tot parcursul anului.
Stiu ca v-am facut curiosi, abia astept sa va prezint live, aceasta experienta.

Descriere:
Intr-un blender se pune whiskey (Jameson) , sucul proaspăt de portocala si busuiocul si se blendeaza ( tehnica inspirata de la Dave Arnold , pentru a se păstra aroma cat mai proaspăta a busuiocului si pentru o culoare foarte intensa ) . Acest mixt se adaunga intr-un shaker impreuna cu siropul Monin de vanilie respectiv Lillet-ul, se shak-uieste si se strecoară printr-un fine strain intr-un pahar coupe preracit.

Garnish: sprig busuioc prins pe piciorul paharului

Metoda de preparare : se afuma paharul de tip Double rocks folosind un betisor de scortisoara rupt in 2 bucati si ars la capete asezat pe o farfurie cu paharul pus deasupra. Intr-un shaker punem toate ingredientele mentionate mai sus exceptand albusul de ou pe care il adaugam abia dupa ce dam shake ingredientelor impreuna cu gheata. Se separa compozitia de gheata si adaugam un arc si albusul de ou si dam shake fara gheata, metoda Reverse Dry Shake.

Într-un cream whipper adăugăm 1 albuș de ou 25 ml fresh lămâie și 20 ml sirop Monin Fistic . După ce agităm și racim bine paratele de mai sus prin metoda shake , se face străin într-un pahar old fashioned . încărcăm 2 cartușe de N2O in whipper și crema o așezăm ușor deasupra preparatului .
