Gheata cubica de servire
Metoda: se adauga toate ingredientele intr-un shaker (mai putin vodka si apa tonica), usor muddle pe coaja de grapefruit si cimbru pentru eliberarea aromelor. Shake energic, strain & fine strain peste gheata cubica in paharul de vin. Pentru a pastra puritatea absoluta si caracteristicile vodcii am preferat sa nu o adaug la skahe, ci doar in pahar peste amestec, se incorporeaza cu un churn usor, se toarna apa tonica dupa care se amesteca inca o data foarte usor cu lingura de bar.
Inspirat din parfumul usor de vara al unei domnisoare timide.
