Mod de preparare:
Se adauga intr-un tin preracit coacazele rosii impreuna cu sucul de lime proaspat si se aplica metoda muddle, dupa care se adauga Monin Melon, sucul de morcovi , Jameson
Black Barrel si coriandru pudra. Se omogenizeaza foarte bine, se adauga gheata si se aplica metoda Shake.
Bautura rece si omogena se toarna intr-un ceainic dupa care se aseaza in shoturile preracite, acestea fiind preparate cu un rim format din crema de hazelnut si zmeura dezhidratata .

Metoda: Se ard betele de scortisoara rupte cu flamer-ul si se capteaza fumul intr-un shaker. Intr-un boston se adauga toarna toate ingredientele, dry stirr pentru a omogeniza pudra de boia, shake cu recipientul plin cu fum si fine strain.

Toate ingredientele se adauga intru-un shaker (se agita puternic pt omogenizare) apoi se da fine strain pt oprirea cojilor de citrice din gem. Se toarna in shot-uri de 40 ml (cantitatea de lichid per shot fiind de 30 ml). Se servesc cu entuziasm si responsabilitate 🙂
